Builder program
It starts at the street
Cameras and a monitored alarm that see your home the way someone walking up to it would.
Know who is there before they knock
A video doorbell and a porch camera, live and recorded on your phone.
When something happens, someone responds
A UL-listed central station calls you and sends help. Installed and serviced by our own team from Apex.
A local company, not a call center.
Many national alarm companies lease you the equipment and hold you to a multi-year contract. We do it the other way.
- You own the equipment from day one. No lease, and no dealer lock that stops another company from servicing it.
- A 12-month agreement, not 3 to 5 years. Packages include 12 months of monitoring, then month to month. Pick parts a la carte at full price and there is no contract at all. Monitoring is $32.95 a month, or $48.95 with cameras.
- Our own licensed techs install and service your system. You get the same local team every time.
- Monitored 24/7 by Affiliated Monitoring, a UL-listed central station, backed by a Secur-Tek tech on call.
