Text message (SMS) program

Program name: Secur-Tek Customer Care. Sender: Secur-Tek, Inc., 809B Center Street, Apex, NC 27502, (919) 387-1800.

  1. What you receive. When you opt in, Secur-Tek, Inc. sends text messages about your request, quotes, appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates and account notices.
  2. How you opt in. By checking the text message box on a form on this website, or by texting us first. The box is never checked for you, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  3. Message frequency varies with your request and service.
  4. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
  5. To stop. Reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and then stop. To join again, reply START or check the box on a form again.
  6. For help. Reply HELP to any message, call (919) 387-1800, or email service@secur-tek.com.
  7. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using this website

The content on this site is for general information about our products and services. Prices, packages and estimates shown on the site are a guide, not a quote or an offer. Your price, equipment and terms are set in a written proposal or agreement after a site visit, and that written agreement controls.

Monitoring and service agreements

Security equipment, installation, monitoring and service are provided under a separate written agreement. Packages include a 12-month monitoring agreement, then month to month. Systems bought a la carte at full price have no monitoring contract. The terms in your signed agreement control if they differ from anything on this website.
